The Chemco Gravimetric Belt Feeder accurately and reliably delivers powder or granules from the storage silo to your process, no matter what the load in the silo. Using a single strain-gauge type load cell and a speed sensor, it simultaneously weighs the material on the belt and monitors belt speed. It then instantly compares the results to the desired feed rate and corrects belt speed. In this way, the feed rate is maintained within +/- 0.5%.

Operators enter feed rate using Chemco's user-friendly touch screen. All controls are easily accessible: hand and automatic selectors, alarms and calibration buttons. It even monitors belt slippage.

If repairs are necessary, many parts are commonly available, or Chemco can supply every part or subcomponent on short notice.
